Rise in Life with the help of Awareness

In this video we will address awareness. How we can practice awareness and rise up in life.

Rise up from the situations that are causing us hurt. Rise up from the belief system that “Life is very hard, it is not fair to us.”

Whatever our situation is, whether we are having a problem at our work place, or we are addicted with some kind of habit. We have a very angry nature, we do not like other people, we are very shy or outgoing.

Whatever our current situation is, we can now use awareness or practice awareness on a daily basis to rise up from that situation. Because all we need to do is work on ourselves, to release all those false attachments that our mind is so attached to, that it is causing harm, it is causing us hurt, it is emotional turmoil.

Whether it is a problem that you are having in the home, with a partner or other family members. You are not compatible with people, you are not compatible with your colleagues at your work place.Just this simple practice of awareness of self, awareness of true self, will bring in a lot of freedom and will bring in a different quality to your life.

Awareness practiced on a daily basis allows our mind to fall in love with awareness. It allows our mind to have access to source energy, to have access to something you cannot experience if you do not know stillness, the silence, the peace and calm that exists within you, that creates everything for you.

It is like your guardian angel, it is the source energy of your being. It is the power that exists within. And when you have access to this power within. When you invite this silence within yourself by quietening your mind or by shutting it down from working on the outside of you and you engage it within, you engage it on being aware of yourself within.

You will get a glimpse of that peace and calmness that is a result of practicing self awareness.

If you are in the habit of consuming some kind of substance just to feel good, just to get a control of yourself or your mind, the substance could be anything, it could be alcohol, it could be smoking, it could be other substance like drugs.

If you are caught on to this, or hooked up to it for whatever reason, because you are going through some tough circumstances and you are using the alcohol or smoking to cope up with it.

Once you bring this awareness within, as you are consuming your alcohol or your smoking or when you are in that situation, when you are experiencing that situation that causes you to consume alcohol, or smoke a cigarette

If you bring self awareness in the picture at that point of time, by just being aware, don’t do anything else, don’t think that you need to stop drinking or smoking, or you are being aware to do that. Just bring in the awareness at that point of time.

Just let your mind roll in awareness, and very soon you will see change in that aspect of your life. Maybe in a week or two you will get a thought that you can cope up by drinking less, or smoking less, something will start happening automatically.

But all you need to do is bring this awareness during the day. Specially during the time you are doing something that you think you need to stop, but you do not have the motivation or there is no initiative to go ahead and stop it.

You need to understand one thing, that this awareness is always there with us 24/7, it is in the background, it is doing all our tasks within, all our body tasks. The breathing, the digestion, the sight, the hearing everything is due to this awareness. You could also call it attention.

Everything we offer it during the day, in respect of our thoughts, in respect of our actions, everything we are offering awareness unconsciously, it is trying to grow in those aspect of our life. It is trying to multiply our capabilities in that aspect of our life. So if you are offering anger to it, if you are offering negative emotions, worry, fear… it will grow, that aspect of your life will start growing.

So if you are just in touch with this awareness on a repeated basis everyday alot of change, positive change will come into your life. And the way you think about people, the way you think about certain situations in your life which currently upset you.. alot of that will go, will dissolve, you will be more open to circumstances, even if they are working against you.

This openness, this power that will keep you calm and peaceful, that will help you think in more stable manner will start happening to you. All because you are inviting your mind to fall in love with awareness.

You are inviting your mind to be in touch with it. You are engaging your mind in awareness several times a day. It is very easy to do it. And if you want freedom, if you want your relationships to be better, if you want freedom from attachments that are troubling you, that cause certain kind of discomfort in your life, if you want freedom from addictions, if you want to be open and warm to people, practice self awareness.

There are innumerable amount of situations and things that we can do, where we can invite self awareness. Even while walking you can be aware of yourself, when watching tv, a little awareness. If you are watching too much tv maybe this awareness may correct that too.

So instead of trying to work on the aspects on the outside, lets return within. Lets get our mind to just be in touch with awareness on a daily basis. I would recommend 1 min every hour if you are too busy, or else one min every 30 min if you are not doing something that challenging.

Let it happen, invite it in your life time and again. Try and offer this awareness with the right information that will take you ahead in the things that you love to do. Offer it positive thoughts, offer it healthy food so that it will do things right for you. It is always there to help us, it is there monitoring everything in our life.

It is your guardian angel, it is your source energy or core power that creates everything in your life. I wish you the best in practicing self awareness. It can change your entire way of looking at life. It can make your life more enjoyable that what it is right now. It will help you rise up from all the limiting situations that you currently have in your life.
