In this video I would like to talk about a belief system that we need to make a part and parcel of our daily life. A belief system that states that I alone am more than enough to create all the happiness in my life, I alone can create the life that I want.

In this video I would like to talk about how often in the day we take consciousness breaks or a break from unconsciousness. The way most of us live our life, we are 85% – 90% of the day unconscious.
We are just following our routine doing one thing after another in an automated fashion. The result of living like this is we end up going through a lot of unconscious negative emotions. Sometimes even without knowing about it. Sometimes we wonder why are we getting angry so often, why am I feeling low. But many of us do not even know we are going through that because we haven’t experienced a different way of living or we haven’t lived from a different dimension other than unconsciousness. In this video I would like to discuss “Happiness from the outside in approach”. That is deriving Happiness from an outside in approach, is it really worth it or not.
What I mean from an outside in approach is, something needs to happen on the outside, a certain outcome and then we create happiness within. We have got into this belief system right from a very small age. When we were bought a new toy we used to be happy and our parents used to confirm to us, you are given whatever you want you need to be happy.
