In this video I would like to talk about more on the now, more about the present moment. You see each moment is a fresh beginning for us, it comes with the gift which enables us the opportunity to have a new beginning or a fresh start.

It enables us to make the right choice. Many times things go wrong in our life, say we have an argument at home with our partner or maybe with a family member and we carry this anger within us for days, sometimes maybe weeks.
