In this video I would like to talk about a belief system that we need to make a part and parcel of our daily life. A belief system that states that I alone am more than enough to create all the happiness in my life, I alone can create the life that I want.

In this video I would like to speak about honouring the now. First let us just discuss what is the now. The obvious answer is the now is whatever we can perceive, whatever we can see around us, what sounds we can hear, maybe the feelings we have within that could be the now. So if this is the now how can you honour the now? if what you see is the now, if what you hear right now is the now, than how can you honour the now?
Now we must understand one thing whatever we see in the now, whatever we hear in the now, whatever we feel in the now, There is some energy that is running the show. The energy which makes seeing possible, which makes hearing possible, which makes thinking possible and this energy that shines out of you through your perceiving capabilities is what you need to honour. The more I think about it the more I realize that I really let my fears and worries get out of hand. I find myself worrying mostly about the big picture basically things out of my control but now a lot of other stuff has come up that my family has to deal with.
The thing is I don’t know how to stop worrying about such things. This is a bad habit of mine that I’ve just can’t seem to get over. Another problem I have is my mindset, it seems like whenever something negative happens that catches my attention its all I can think about. I’ve been having trouble trying to change my mindset so I’m not so focused on every little bad thing that happens.
